Return Material Authorization
Returning your device to TISCOR's Repair Facility is easier than ever before. It is no longer necessary to call Customer Support to obtain an RMA number before shipping your device. Simply print and fill-out the RMA form, then ship the form and your device to TISCOR.
Once your device is received at the TISCOR Repair Facility, it will be evaluated. If you have a current Hardware Support Agreement, your device will be repaired and returned to you. If you do not have a Hardware Support Agreement, you will be contacted with a price quote before any repairs are initiated.
| Note: If you are receiving a communication error on your hand-held device, please call Technical Support at 800-443-0495 before sending the device for repair. Generally, this type of error can be corrected over the phone, saving you time and expense. |
