TISCOR's Support Services cover all of your support needs for both software and hardware products. Our experienced team of customer support representatives will provide thorough, detailed answers and product information.

TISCOR also offers a full-service, state-of-the-art repair facility staffed by a repair team that has over a decade of combined experience. The repair team is dedicated to providing the highest level of repair service available.


Software Support Services
TISCOR provides support services for all software products purchased for a period of 90-days from the date of purchase. Extended support services packages may be purchased separately (please contact a sales representative for pricing). Software Support Services include:
Maintenance Releases
Unlimited telephone support
Technical on-line support
E-mail Support

Hardware Support Services
TISCOR will repair or replace your hand-held data collection device, including parts and labor, if the device is found to be defective during the initial support period. Extended Silver Service and Platinum Service packages are available, or repairs can be performed on a time-and-material basis.

Silver Service
Silver Service provides device repair at a fixed annual cost, with multiple year contracts available. Devices will be repaired promptly and returned via UPS 3-day Select.

Platinum Service
Platinum Service provides device repair at a fixed annual cost, with multiple year contracts available. Devices will be repaired within 24-hours after arrival at our facility and returned via overnight carrier.
