TISCOR Software and Microsoft SQL Server Provide Improved Database Performance |

| SAN DIEGO, December 6, 2005—TISCOR, an innovator in mobile workforce automation software systems and a leading provider of equipment inspection software, has adopted the Microsoft platform for its flagship software products, providing customers with lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and significantly improved performance and functionality.
For more than 20 years, TISCOR, a subsidiary of Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC), has been helping personnel at facilities such as hospitals, universities, and manufacturing plants to eliminate paper forms and clipboards from their equipment inspection and maintenance activities and replace their data recording procedures with hand-held computers and innovative software. By simply scanning customized identification tags at specified locations with a hand-held device and entering inspection data onto the mobile computer, inspection information can be quickly and efficiently uploaded to a central database. Most importantly, management can easily verify that inspections are being completed as required by internal or external regulatory requirements.

As part of the enrollment in Microsoft’s Partner and EMPOWER Programs, TISCOR will utilize Visual Studio and .NET Compact Framework as development tools and will undergo Microsoft Platform certification testing to certify SQL Server with its products. |
