Professional Services provides end-user training and support for immediate system implementation. All training incorporates a "hands-on" approach that promotes client participation. Clients who attend training sessions gain a thorough operating knowledge of TISCOR's systems. Consultation and Implementation
Prior to purchasing a system, professional consultation is recommended. TISCOR’s project managers have years of experience in varied industry, manufacturing, and government facilities. After thoroughly reviewing a facility, the project manager proposes the most efficient software solution for handling site-specific demands.
Subsequently, for those clients with limited staffing resources that prevent them from investing time installing their own systems, TISCOR provides a turn-key solution service. Professional Services project managers build, supply, install, and train the end-users on location.

End-User Training
End-User Training is conducted when a TISCOR project manager visits the client facility and provides site-specific system instruction to individuals or groups. This type of training allows the project manager to carefully assess the site needs and offer software solutions and hardware recommendations. Topics covered during End-User Training include:

Web-based Training
Clients with an Internet connection and Internet Explorer 6.0™ or higher installed on their systems may participate in group training sessions with TISCOR project managers and other clients over the Internet via their local Intranet connections. Web meeting participants may:

Corporate Training
TISCOR always welcomes clients to attend training sessions at its headquarters in San Diego, California. A project manager is assigned to evaluate the needs of an organization and provide personalized training. Corporate Training offers the additional advantage of having the expertise of multiple system experts in-house. Attendees also have an opportunity to preview the latest technological improvements with accompanying software and hardware demos. Topics covered during Corporate Training include:

Regional Training (applies only to MEDI-MIZER and Sentinel products)
Regional Training sessions are periodically offered in group settings at local sites and create an economical way for customers to obtain system information without incurring long-distance travel expenses. Clients receive a generic overview of the system, review trouble-shooting techniques, obtain detailed training on system upgrades and create custom reports. This unique format also creates a perfect setting for clients to meet their industry counterparts, share operating tips, and brainstorm future product solutions.
Regional training details: Cost for group training is $600 for 2 days. $1500 for the week.

Phone Training
Telephone Training is possible only through TISCOR’s Security Touch program. This option is for customers remotely located on other continents and is a very feasible alternative to cross-continent travel expenses.

Customer 1st Refresher Training
All customers who are covered under a current software support contract are eligible for Supplemental Web-based Refresher training at no cost. This training is valuable to customers who have new employees who require training or employees who require training on specific features in their program.
